Welcome to aerosilk! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to GMI s.r.l. GMI s.r.l. operates this store and website, including all information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with an appropriate shopping experience (the “Services”). GMI s.r.l. is supported by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. 

The following terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (“Terms and Conditions of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. 

Please read these Terms and Conditions of Service carefully, as they contain important information regarding your legal rights and address areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions of Service or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use our Services.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit quantities offered on a case-by-case basis by person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you submit an offer to purchase. GMI s.r.l. reserves the right to accept or reject your order at its sole discretion for any reason. Your order is not confirmed until GMI s.r.l. confirms acceptance. Payment must be received and processed before an order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as GMI s.r.l. may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance. In the event of rejection, modification, or cancellation of an order, we will notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at checkout. 
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that purchases are made for personal or household use only and not for resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICING AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be shown in the order confirmation email. Unless otherwise specified, published prices do not include taxes, customs duties, or shipping, handling, and import fees.
Prices in our online stores may differ from prices offered in physical stores, other online stores, or third-party retailers. From time to time, we may offer promotions subject to separate terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict, the promotional terms shall prevail.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information and to promptly update such information as needed.
You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is accurate and complete; (ii) you are authorized to use the credit card; (iii) charges incurred will be honored by your card issuer; and (iv) you will pay all charges incurred, including applicable taxes and fees.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or events beyond our control. Once products are handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including but not limited to trademarks, branding, text, visuals, images, graphics, product reviews, videos, audio, and their design, selection, and arrangement, are owned by GMI s.r.l., its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by Italian, EU, U.S., and international intellectual property laws. 
These Terms grant you a limited, non-commercial, personal right to use the Services. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, download, store, or transmit any content without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use may violate applicable laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by GMI s.r.l. 
The names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans of GMI s.r.l. are trademarks of GMI s.r.l. or its affiliates or licensors. Shopify trademarks belong to Shopify. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners. 

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be provided access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor control. Such tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or conditions. Use of optional tools is at your own risk and discretion.
Future features or tools introduced through the Services shall also be subject to these Terms.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for reviewing or evaluating their content or accuracy. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk. Any complaints or issues regarding third-party products or services must be directed to the relevant third party.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
GMI s.r.l. operates on Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, transactions occur directly between you and GMI s.r.l. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales or purchases made through our store. You expressly release Shopify from any claims related to transactions with GMI s.r.l. 

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
All personal data collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read and understood these policies.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
By submitting any feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such feedback for any purpose. You confirm that your feedback does not violate third-party rights and is lawful. We are not obligated to keep feedback confidential, compensate you, or respond to it.

You may not assign this agreement without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without notice.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GMI s.r.l. is established. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

SECTION 23 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
